1. **Eligibility**: To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that are damaged or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.

2. **Timeframe**: You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a refund.

3. **Refund Process**: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at dreamdollsbeauty@gmail.com. Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. Our team will guide you through the return process.

4. **Return Shipping**: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for return shipments.

5. **Refund Method**: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

6. **Exclusions**: Some items may not be eligible for refunds, including but not limited to:
- Intimate apparel (e.g., swimwear, underwear) for hygiene reasons
- Beauty products that have been opened or used
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale events

- Wigs and Hair Bundles that have been altered (i.e colored, lace cut or hair manipulated) are not eligible for return or refund. 

7. **Damaged or Defective Items**: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances.

8. **Refund Amount**: The refund amount will be the purchase price paid for the item(s) returned, excluding any shipping charges or additional fees.

9. **Store Credit**: In some cases, we may offer store credit as an alternative to a refund.
